Egregium Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") aims to be a company that is trusted and reassured by all people involved with our company through our business activities. All employees, including executives and employees, are committed to protecting the information assets we handle in the course of our business from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss.

We will formulate an information security policy to protect information assets and conduct business in accordance with it, while also complying with laws and regulations related to information security and the terms of contracts with customers.

We will provide regular education and training to ensure that all employees recognize the importance of information security and handle information assets appropriately.

We will establish standards for analyzing and evaluating information asset risks and regularly conduct risk assessments of information assets.

We will take necessary and appropriate measures based on the results of risk assessments to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets and respond to changing information technologies and emerging threats.

In the event of an information security incident, we will respond promptly and take appropriate corrective measures.

We will continuously review and improve our information security management system.
